Studies published recently on how production of red meat is now a major contributor to greenhouse gas emission. It has caused global panic and a sudden emergence of flooding advice on how veganism can save all of us and the planet. But is it true or just another scam like the one with ‘low fat’ products, back in the 80’s? Is it a marketing ploy to sell us more vegan products? One thing is for sure – the production of vegan foods such as soy is just as dangerous to animals, people and the planet as producing meat. This is not a pro-meat eating or pro-vegan vid, just me thinking out loud. I am currently studying phychodietetics, so thought it would be a good time to figure this stuff out. Comments welcome.
